SpherelyWatch Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

SpherelyWatch is a tennis tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how that information is handled.

Information We Use

SpherelyWatch may use the following information when you use the app:

How Information Is Used

The information is used to record tennis sessions, show workout summaries, calculate training trends, display heart rate and activity metrics, and improve stroke recognition on your own device.

HealthKit

If you grant HealthKit permission, SpherelyWatch may read workout-related metrics such as heart rate, active energy, and distance, and may save tennis workouts to Apple Health. HealthKit data is used only for fitness and workout features inside the app. SpherelyWatch does not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell HealthKit data to third parties.

Data Storage

SpherelyWatch stores training records and preferences locally on your devices. Apple Watch and iPhone may exchange session data using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework so your iPhone can show live and historical workout details.

Data Sharing

SpherelyWatch does not sell your personal data. The app does not use your data for third-party advertising tracking. We do not share your workout, motion, or HealthKit data with third-party advertisers.

Your Choices

You can manage Motion & Fitness and Health permissions in iOS and watchOS Settings. If you disable these permissions, some workout tracking features may not be available, but the app can continue to show available local records and settings.

Children's Privacy

SpherelyWatch is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
